Operating System Of Pollution Control

  • Hot gas from exhaust fan of Thermo Drum enters into pollution Control Unit.
  • Very high pressured jet sprayed water on the gases thus, gases form in a slurry and are diverted to the sludge tank.
  • Remaining gases released through exhaust by reducing the air pressure.
  • Pond should be made in a such way so, that the surface water can be used again.

  • Safety is Must, Keep wire curround the pond or cover it, vecause working temp. of water may be ho.
  • Use stainless steel Nozzles to resist from corrosion.
  • Keep drain pipe submerged in the sludge tank.
